Have you heard the news? PapaRay Photography on YouTube!
Well, it is not big news but it is in fact news that I have moved PapaRay Photography on YouTube. Originally I was including everything on my main YouTube channel. I decided it was time for a change of pace and to renew my channel and organize things a bit better (I’m sure this won’t be too big of a disaster!).
No More DjPorkchop?
Ahh the Chop remains! But why the change then? I decided to move all photography related stuff to a single channel so I could keep a single channel to a single topic. We all know my back and knees are horrible and I struggled for a very long time. I had a couple surgeries performed that helped me regain some mobility and now I get out and about and shoot pictures and some video.
I have noticed over time that by doing so, I depended a lot less on pain meds since not sitting as much helped loosen me up; my muscles weren’t as tight. Not only that but mentally it was much better for me as well. This new channel is made to help folks from my chronic pain/stimulator channel see that not all days are good and I take images from beside my vehicle and other days are great and I adventure.
Tips, Tricks and Advice
Will I be offering it up? Well, I can but I am not a pro nor do I try saying that I am. I use all entry level gear and I am up front about it. What I will give tips and tricks and advice about is how I get by with what I have and how best that I personally use the gear. I will be sharing links to other channels that I personally follow and have learned from in the past.
Does PapaRay Photography on YouTube do reviews?
Rarely to never do I do reviews. I hardly ever get new stuff to review. I work on a tight budget and purchase gently used, previous owned items when able. Even if I did, I would basically be giving a rookies opinion anyhow. It would be a non gear snob opinion though that much you could be sure of. Would I be open to doing them? Sure, why not right?
